It’s not always easy to walk away from office sweets but before digging in I try to ask myself:
- Is it homemade and amazing?
- Have you had it before?
- 1/2 c. TJs multi os
- 1/4 c. PB Puffins
- 1/8 c. Oatmeal Squares
- 1/2 naner + 4 sliced strawberries
Workout + Dinner
It has been a few days since Ive done any strength training so TBS&CG was just what I needed. Good thing Kathy was there to encourage us on or else I have never done those evil lunge pulses. Brutal.
Judging by the packed class, those who made health and fitness resolutions are still working it. Keep up the good work peeps!
Onto other news, dinna was a winna. I really didn’t know what I wanted for dinner tonight but I knew I wanted it to include lots of veggies so it sort of just pieced itself together.
Into the bowl:
- Roasted carrots and cauliflower
- package TJs orange chicken
- handful sweet peas and green onion
- TJs organic brown rice(microwavable!)
In an effort to not over do it with the sauce I just drizzled the sauce over the top rather than coat the chicken with it. I would say I used about 2 – 3 tablespoons.
